Harry Richman

Harry Richman (10 August 1895–3 November 1972) was an American entertainer. He was a singer, actor, dancer, comedian, pianist, songwriter, bandleader, and night club performer, at his most popular in the 1920s and 1930s.

Camille Clifford

The Gibson Girl, Camille Antoinette Clifford  (29 June 1885 – 28 June 1971) was a Belgian-born stage actress and known as the "most beautiful woman in the world", Lina Cavalieri was also a talented opera singer with an hour glass figure. She sported valuable trophies from half the crowned heads of Europe including Russian Prince Alexander Bariatinsky (to whom she claimed to have married) and Benito Mussolini.

Caterina Jarboro

Caterina Jarboro (1903–1986) was a pioneering African American opera singer. In 1933 — twenty-two full years before Marian Anderson's début at the Metropolitan Opera — impresario Alfredo Salmaggi hired Jarboro to sing with his opera company at the New York Hippodrome. ‘Caterina Jarboro was the first Black to perform with an American opera company.
