She also performed in Ziegfeld's musicals A Parisian Model (1908), The Century Girl (1916-1917), and Miss 1917 (1917-1918). According to the theatre programs, she also performed in the Midnight Frolic of April 27, 1915 (The Evening Mail) and the Midnight Frolic of November 26, 1917.

Billie Dove

Billie Dove, born Bertha Bohny, (May 14, 1903 - December 31, 1997) to Swiss parents Charles and Bertha Bohny who emigrated to New York City before she was born.   She legally changed her name to Lillian Bohny in the early 1920s. As a teen, she worked as a model to help support her family and was hired as a teenager by Florenz Ziegfeld to appear in his Ziegfeld Follies Revue. She migrated to Hollywood, where she began appearing in silent films. She soon became one of the most popular actresses of the 1920s, appearing in Douglas Fairbanks' smash hit Technicolor film The Black Pirate (1926), as Rodeo West in The Painted Angel (1929), and was dubbed The American Beauty (1927), the title of one of her films.

Mitzi Mayfair, born as Emylyn Pique, (6 June 1914 - May 1976) took the professional name of Mitzi Mayfair. She was a tap dancer in Broadway plays and appeared in movies from the mid-1930s into the 1940s. She was married to 20th Century Fox executive Charles Henderson. Her biggest claim on enduring fame was appearing as herself in the movie Four Jills in a Jeep (1944); the true story of this movie chronicles how she and three other Hollywood celebrities went to the front lines of World War Two to entertain the U.S. Troops.
