Jackie Robinson

UCLA punters: Jackie Robinson, Charley Fenenbock and Bill Overlin. September 14, 1939.
Before Robinson changed the course of history by joining Major League Baseball in 1947, he was UCLA’s  first four-sport letterman. In addition to leading the nation in punt return average, he was an NCAA long jump champion in track and field, played for the Bruins’ basketball team, and played one full season with the UCLA baseball squad.
