Mary Jane West, known as Mae West, (August 17, 1893 – November 22, 1980), was born in Brooklyn, New York, to "Battling Jack" West and Matilda Doelger. She began her career as a child star in vaudeville, and later went on to write her own plays, including "sex", for which she was arrested. Mae West was an American actress, playwright, screenwriter and sex symbol whose entertainment career spanned seven decades.

Liz Taylor

Dame Elizabeth Rosemond "Liz" Taylor, DBE (February 27, 1932 – March 23, 2011) was a British-born American actress. From her early years as a child star with MGM, she became one of the great screen actresses of Hollywood's Golden Age.
