Gregory Peck

Eldred Gregory Peck (April 5, 1916 – June 12, 2003) was an American actor. Gregory Peck was born in La Jolla, California. One of the world's most popular film stars from the 1940s to the 1960s, Peck continued to play important roles well into the 1980s.

Annette Kellerman

Annette Marie Sarah Kellerman (6 July 1886 – 6 November 1975) was an Australian professional swimmer, vaudeville and film star, and writer. Her initial fame was athletic. Beset with infantile paralysis, Kellerman began swimming as a therapy; she wins her first title, Swim Champion of New South Wales, in 1902 at the age of 15. Long distance swimming becomes a specialty and she shortly thereafter sets the women's world record for the mile.

Charlie Chaplin

Sir Charles Spencer "Charlie" Chaplin, KBE  (16 April 1889 – 25 December 1977) was an English comic actor, film director and composer best known for his work during the silent film era. He became the most famous film star in the world before the end of World War I. Chaplin used mime, slapstick and other visual comedy routines, and continued well into the era of the talkies, though his films decreased in frequency from the end of the 1920s.
